1. Click on the tab to select your department (i.e. Academic Departments, Accreditation Portal, Office of Information Technology, Master Plan Portal)
2. Click on New Document or Drag files to the box to upload them (i.e Preferred Browser: FireFox for the Drag and drop feature)
3. Click Choose a file to upload a document
4. Uncheck if you do not want to replace an existing file
6. After the document is uploaded click on OK
7. Choose where you would like to Upload the file
8. Click the plus sign to expand the Documents folder if you have other folders there. If you do not click on Documents then click on OK for the selected destination
9. Choose if you want to display the file immediately or at a specific time
10. Select Never if you want the document to be viewed all of the time. If you would like to schedule an end date for a file enter the time and date
11. Shows the document that was uploaded
