Share a view of your desktop or a specific application from your PC to a Span™ canvas. The live content can be viewed by anyone who has the canvas open. Multiple users can screen share into the canvas at the same time.

Share your screen from

  • The Span web app using a certified PC browser
  • Span™ wall software


Note: Screen sharing is not available for Safari® browsers or mobile devices.

Start screen share

  1. Click Screen share in the menu on the left of your canvas

  1. Click Start sharing
  1. Choose to share your entire screen, or a specific application by going to the Your entire screen or Application window tab

  1. Select which application to share by clicking on the displayed image
  2. Click Share. The selected screen or application will appear on the canvas. The shared screen will also appear in the screen share drawer.
Note: Users on other PCs can screen share onto the same canvas
