Lock panning allows you to prevent the canvas from being scrolled side to side. This feature is only available on the wall software.

While panning is locked:

  • Users working at the wall are still able to create and interact with canvas content
  • Users working at the wall will see a small lock icon appear if they try to pan the canvas to indicate panning is locked
  • Users accessing the canvas from their devices or other Span systems are not affect

  1. Tap the Controls icon from the menu on the far left of the canvas
  2. Slide the Lock Panning button to lock the canvas in place

  1. Tap Control panel again and turn off Lock panning to unlock the canvas
