QuickShare is an easy way for anyone, even someone without a user account, to contribute notes and images to a Span™ canvas from a smart phone, tablet or laptop. You must have manage permissions to enable QuickShare.

Enable QuickShare from

  • The Span™  web app using a certified mobile browser
  • The Span web app using a certified PC browser
  • Span wall software 


From your PC or mobile browser

  1. Open the Controls drawer. From mobile browsers, first click the + icon to open the tools menu.
