Use the following organizational features to categorize and filter your canvases so you can quickly locate the canvas you wish to open.

Sort your canvases

In your account, canvases are listed with the following information:

  • Name of the canvas
  • Who has "manage" permissions of the canvas
  • The name of the software subscription. The subscription name only appears if you are a user in more than one subscription
  • Which tags have been added to the canvas
  • Whether or not the canvas has been starred

By default, the canvases are sorted in alphabetical order based on their title. To change the sorting method, use the drop-down menu at the top of your screen from your device or at the top of your list of canvases while working at the wall. 

  • Recently created: Canvases are sorted with the newest ones at the top and the oldest at the bottom
  • Recently opened: Canvases are sorted by the date you last opened them with the most recently opened canvas at the top

Star a canvas

  1. While working at the wall or from your device, tap the star icon on a canvas to promote that canvas the top of your canvas list. Starred canvases will remain at the top of your list of canvases regardless of how the canvases in the list below are sorted

2. Tap the star again to send the canvas back to the main canvas list
