Update Email Contacts

These instructions are to add, update, or delete email information. It is CUNY policy to send all CUNY emails to the Campus email address.

1.

Enter https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu in your browser’s address bar:

  • Enter your Username and Password and click the Log In button.

  • From the Enterprise Menu, select the HR/Campus Solutions link.

Navigate to: Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Biographical (Student) >Addresses/Phones > Electronic Addresses

Enter Search Criteria, click the Include History page1image19312checkbox and click Search.

4.

If multiple results are returned, select the appropriate record.

5.

To change data for Email Information, click the Add button.

6.

On the Email Type page1image27992dropdown menu, select an Email Type.

7.

In the Email Address field, enter the new email address.

8.

As needed, click the Delete a row page1image34272icon to remove an out of date email address.

9.

Click Save.
