1. Select NEW EMAIL from the HOME tab.
2. Select Message tab
3. On the Message tab select Signature
4. Click on the downward Arrow
5. Select SIGNATURES
6. Under Select EMAIL SIGNATURE tab
7. Select signature to edit
8. Select NEW

(1) Type a name for this signature.
(2) Select OK

(1) Select the name of the signature to edit
(2) Under Edit Signature window
(3) Compose your signature in the CONTENT AREA.
(4) Select OK
