1. Select the email message you want to move. 

    On the HOME tab, select Move.

   2.   Select the folder from the drop-down list

    3Select an email message.  Drag and drop it into a folder. 

         Note: To move more than one email, select an email, hold down the Shift key and select other messages, drag, and drop them into a folder.
