1. Click on the Calender ,then click on the New Meeting in the Home Tab.

2. Add your attendees to the To line 

3, Add a meeting subject, start time and end time, and location.

4. Select Requests response Option if you need a reply back from attendees.

5  To turn into an all day event check All Day Event

6. To attach a file to a meeting request, on the Insert menu, select Attach File, then choose the file you want to add

7. Select Send
