The your Web Form Designer menu, go to the Header Tab>
Right Click the Header tab>
The Image properties menu will open:
Choose your image form a local folder on your computer>
Click Open after selecting your Image>
Click OK and the menu will close>
Your image will appear in the Header of your form.
