Discover and search for conversations, people, and files in your Yammer network.
Discover content
On the Yammer homepage, there are 3 tabs to see content across your network:

Discovery - Suggests relevant conversations based on what you subscribe to and interact with.

All - Show conversations you can access on your company's network based on your activity across Yammer and Office 365.

Following - Shows conversations that:
-
You're subscribed to.
-
Followers have participated in or liked.
-
Have been tagged with a topic you follow.

Posted in one of your groups.

To follow someone's updates, point to their name and select Follow.
Search for content

Type in keywords in the Search bar to search for files, conversations, people, or notes in your network.

Select See All Search Results to expand the results if you don't see what you need.

Use Advanced Search to refine results based on the Yammer group and date range you want to look in.
