You can even add associated tickets to a change to provide a more complete picture.

 You can add two types of incidents.

● Tickets that initiated the change request.
● Tickets that were caused by the change. 

1. Go to the change’s detailed view and click on the Associated Tickets button. Select the appropriate option to add the ticket- Initiating the change or Caused due to the change


2. From the list of tickets that pop up, select the ones that you need to link to the change and click on Link.
