1. On your keyboard press Win+E open the File Explorer window

2. Click the Computer Tab

3. Click on the Map Network Drive



4a. The drive could be any drive, it doesn't have to be Z that's shown in the example.

4 b. Enter the server information in the Folder text box i.e. \\fileshare\helpdesk (any department that you would like to access there shared drive)












5. Click Finish








6. Click on PC to open the menu options to access the Network/Shared Drive.








7. Click on the name of the Network\Shared Drive to access it







8. After opening the folder, it shows all of the shared files for you to access.







9. To disconnect, right click on the name and select from the menu.
