1. After selecting from the list of Applications. Click on Secretary Bot.
2. Click Add in order for the Secretary App to be included with Microsoft Teams.
3. An automated message appears, showing the menu of what is capable of doing.
4. Type Meeting to start the Authentication process for SecretaryBot.
4b. Add the authentication Code into the sign in box.
5. Select the type meeting.
6. Select the time for the meeting.
7. Select multiple dates for the meeting if necessary, if not click "Go Next".
8. Select the list of attendees to invite to the meeting.
9. Enter the name of the meeting to the Boc, to give the meeting a name.
10. It shows the meeting was arranged.
11. Once you access your Outlook Calendar, you will see the calendar invite.
